Group Boxing/Kickboxing Classes
This 1 hour NON-CONTACT class is a great toning and cardiovascular workout and an excellent way to get and stay in shape. We have a good mix of both men and women, all different levels of fitness! NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY, however, prior to participation in the class, you must first take an introductory session scheduled by appointment to learn the basic boxing and kicking fundamentals used in the class.
