Knockout Fitness offers personal training and group classes to assist you in meeting your fitness goals. Boxing for fitness provides a complete total body workout and will help you achieve optimal fitness and appearance. We work to bring out the very best in all of our clients regardless of age, size or ability.

Boxing/Kickboxing Training by Appointment:

Rates:   Single Session   $65.00
    5 Sessions   $275.00 ($55.00 per hour)
    10 Sessions   $450.00 ($45.00 per hour)
         
* Packages of sessions are paid in advance.

 

 

Group Boxing/Kickboxing Classes

This 1 hour NON-CONTACT class is a great toning and cardiovascular workout and an excellent way to get and stay in shape. We have a good mix of both men and women, all different levels of fitness! NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY, however, prior to participation in the class, you must first take an introductory session scheduled by appointment to learn the basic boxing and kicking fundamentals used in the class. Call the gym to get started at 255-1359 to schedule your private introductory sessio.

 

 

Group Class Schedule and Rates:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 6 p.m.

Come to ANY and as MANY classes as you like!

New Members: One hour intro boxing class and 8 group classes $146
(new members are required to take an intro class scheduled by appointment prior to joining the regular class).
Current/Former Members: 8 classes $96 or drop in rate $20
         
         
 
  What You Can Expect At Your Introductory Workout:

Plan to arrive at the gym a few minutes early as this will give you time to meet the instructor and fill out some brief paperwork. If you need to change into workout clothes (sweats/shorts, T-shirt and gym shoes are fine) you can do so at that time. Gloves are provided and Knockout Fitness will give you your first pair of handwraps. Throughout your first workout, you will learn basic boxing fundamentals including how to hold your hands and where to place your feet. The trainer will teach you the basic punches and kicks used in the group class as well as what the various equipment is used for and how to perform on it. Experiencing the pace and structure of a class and what to expect will assist you in feeling comfortable when you attend your very first group class. The trainer will also teach you how to pace yourself and you will be encouraged to work at your own fitness level.
