Personal  training is available in both private and semi-private formats by appointment.  When you schedule a private session, the time is reserved for you alone. When you schedule a semi-private session, the time remains open and available to any other semi-private client.  All sessions are 1 hour. 

If this is your first time at Knockout Fitness, we ask that you please schedule a private session so Frank can spend more time with you one on one before booking a semi-private session.


Introductory Private Training Session $50


Semi-Private Single Session - $60

5 Semi-Private Sessions - $275 ($55)

10 Semi-Private Sessions - $450 ($45)

Private Single Session - $75

10 Private Sessions - $700 ($70)
